Novatech Canada. is a multinational company established in Canada and specialized in manufacturing patio doors, entry doors, doorglass and insulated glass units for windows, all destined for the residential and light commercial markets. Novatech employs over 700 people in its 11 plants across Canada and the one in France in Europe.

The main responsibilities are:

• Preparation of material;
• Cutting wood or PVC profiles;
• Preparation of sashes and frames;
• Sash assembly;
• Assembly of screens and/or related products such as hardware;
• Patio door assembly;
• Patio door wrapping;

Job requirements:

• Hight School diploma or any related experience
• Experience in a door and window manufacturing environment (asset)
• Assembly experience (asset)
• Good manual dexterity
• Experience working with tools (saws, chisels, pneumatic tools)
• Marked interest in teamwork
• Day availability, Monday to Friday
• Knowledge of imperial (inches) and metric measuring systems
• Physically able to work standing up for a long period of time

Conditions:

• Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Progression from 18.12$ per hour to 21.01$ per hour after 2 000 hours
