Digital Platforms Manager

North American leader, specialized for more than 40 years in the manufacturing of architectural products, with more than 1400 employees, is looking for a resource to fill the position of Manager, Digital Platforms at the head office in Ste-Julie.

As part of a team of almost ten experienced professionals, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing digital marketing projects for the Group. You will analyze, evaluate and continuously improve strategies to support performance, customer experience and platform content. An important role to support the company's continued North American growth plan.

Are you passionate about marketing projects and digital technologies? Are you comfortable with CRM, CMS, Magento, Hubspot and other solutions that enable great online experiences? This position is for you.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of digital strategies and multiplatform content strategies that will enable the achievement of business objectives (website, extranet, blogs, newsletters) as well as define and implement automated marketing paths for different targeted audience.
  • Responsible for annual planning (specifications, budget, timeline) and delivery;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the digital development strategy in order to increase awareness of the company and its products, generate revenues and acquire targeted customers (manufacturers, retailers, architects, designers, employees and consumers);
  • Responsible for coordinating teams of internal and external experts (consultants, sales team and IT);
  • Maintain the customer satisfaction measurement tool and produce and analyze reports to submit recommendations;
  • Enhance the customer experience using the Hubspot CRM tool, maintain and enhance the databases;
  • Measure and analyze the digital performance of the tools on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for future optimization;

The profile we are looking for

  • University degree in a relevant field (marketing, e-commerce, business or other), or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing or project management of digital projects;
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, SEO, SEM, CRM) and knowledge of Magento;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM and/or Salesforce (an asset);
  • Project management skills (schedule, follow-up, budget, tasks), knowledge of digital project management tools (e.g. Jira, Basecamp,) an asset;
  • Bilingual written and spoken English and French;
