Novatech Group, a leading manufacturer of architectural products (entry doors, patio doors and glass products) is looking to add a Communications and Marketing Advisor with a minimum of 5 years experience to its team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's communications strategy. You will advise the management team in defining internal and external communications strategies and activities. You will continuously evaluate and improve content and ensure the creation or revision of all related tools.

More specifically, you will be responsible for

• Implement and improve the group's annual communication plan.
• Develop and design internal and external communication strategies, define the needs and objectives to be achieved and support the company in the implementation of the chosen communication methods.
• Write and revise various communication tools such as articles, brochures, newsletters, social media content, website, press releases, memos or speeches.
• Oversee and maintain the communications calendar according to the company's audiences.
• Manage promotional merchandise programs (apparel, promotional items).
• Establish content or project partnerships with industry influencers.
• Ensure follow-up, measurement of projects and quality of services rendered.
• Manage internal communications with employees in line with the employer brand and the employee engagement plan.
• Design and propose initiatives, activities or events aimed at rallying and mobilizing the various stakeholders around communication projects or objectives.
• Organize and ensure the follow-up and logistics of events
• Oversee the production of documents and communication materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations present in our environment and necessary for the achievement of the company's objectives.

The profile we are looking for:

• University degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Bilingualism (French/English).
• Excellent writing skills in French.
• Excellent oral communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with media, social media and web communications.
