Novatech is looking for an excellent candidate to fill the position of Credit Officer in the. Reporting to the Credit Coordinator, the incumbent will perform tasks related to the credit officer function for the Novatech Group companies.
What you will do?
• For the accounts in his/her portfolio be responsible for account opening, collection, denunciation, credit and insurance management and all related tasks.
• Present risk accounts and follow up in a timely manner;
• Ensure the application of credit policies, monitoring and follow-up;
• Act as a resource person for our clients. Act as a resource person for our clients. Intervene to maintain good relationships and business development;
• Propose action plans for contentious cases;
• Send invoices and statements of account to clients;
• Send invoices and statements of account to customers; Produce credit notes to customers;
What do you need to succeed?
• Professional diploma in accounting (an asset) or any other discipline relevant to credit;
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of corporate credit and risk management;
• Excel at an intermediate level;
• Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
• Organized, able to manage priorities and propose solutions;
• Attention to detail;
