Your challenges
- Review and optimize logistical processes (from the end of the production line to delivery)
- Participate in the transformation and migration to Industry 4.0
- Actively participate in improving ERP tools
- Meet with teams to collect, analyze and understand their needs
- Define and apply best practices and methods for project follow-up and improvement
- Guide and facilitate process implementation and maintenance activities
- Recommend performance improvement and process optimization opportunities
- Act as a change agent to promote process improvement
What we’re looking for
- Training in engineering, operations management or any combination and training relevant to logistics. Proficiency in manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of an ERP (Oracle EBS, an asset)
- Must be bilingual, both written and verbal
- Leadership and autonomy
- Communication skills and ability to explain complex technical subjects
- Customer- and business-oriented vision
