Your challenges!
- Supervise and coach the planning team
- Be responsible for the sales or production master plan
- Implement a planning or procurement improvement system
- Support other departments in meeting their goals and play a pivotal role in your area
- Ensure the production planning system is operating efficiently
- Set production priorities for each shift
- Plan, organize and evaluate production operations
- Ensure that CNC cutting orders are completed
- Ensure that planned production operations are carried out
- Track current orders, follow up on late orders and identify the causes for the delay
- Execute orders of non-standard doors
- Use the SAC to track orders and monitor the entire production process
What we’re looking for
- Planning, supply chain or any other training deemed relevant
- Supervisory experience
- Production planning, production control and project management experience
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Analytical skills, rigour and organizational skills
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and email
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, an asset
