Reporting to the Customer Service and Planning Manager, your main role will be to plan the production of doolite products, analyze reports and purchase raw materials by optimizing inventories for our Ste-Julie plant.

 

‪What you will do

• Plan and monitor production for all shifts;
• Ensure that the order entry is consistent with the production capacity of the plant.
• Follow up on the current late order and analyze the reasons.
• Plan rework and validate B.O. (backorders);
• Ensure the supply of raw materials to the plant with the help of appropriate reports and place purchase orders with various suppliers;
• Follow up of the available products inventory
• Handle special requests;
• Work with logistics department to confirm orders ready for shipment;
• Other related duties

What do you need to succeed?

• ‪Technical studies (Collegial or Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or administration) or other relevant experience;
• Production planning experience;
• Having a good sense of organization and priorities;
• Having a good capacity to work in a team;
• Good analytical skills;
• Fluency in French and functional English;
• Know well the Office Suite (Excel)
