Your challenges
- Sort through emails in the Customer Service inbox
- Verify, analyze and process customer quotes and orders and enter them in the software
- Answer the phone and advise customers on products, services or company policies
- As needed, verify feasibility with the production department and coordinate delivery with the shipping department
- Act as the link between Customer Service and the customer for various accounts
- Collaborate on different projects
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar customer service position
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in French (advanced verbal and written) and English (intermediate/advanced verbal and written)
- Initiative, leadership, willingness to work on a team and ability to put customers first
- Ability to make decisions quickly based on company policies and practices
