Sales Representative
Novatech Canada Inc. is a subsidiary of the Novatech Group Inc., a multinational company established in Canada and specialized in manufacturing patio doors, entry doors, doorglass and insulated glass units for windows, all destined for the residential and light commercial markets. Novatech currently employs more than over 800 people in its 13 plants across Canada, USA and in France.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated professional to expand our share of the market in Central and Southern Ontario. He or she will develop new sales opportunities while securing our existing market share. The position reports to the Sales Manager for Ontario and Western Canada.
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Novatech products, within the assigned territory, to existing customers or by soliciting new customers (manufacturers)

Draw up sales contracts, or have them drawn up

Ensure customer follow-up

Keep customer files up to date

Participate in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan

Participate in the marketing of products and services

Watch for market trends in the assigned territory

Identify potential customer markets and qualify them
Profile sought:

Bachelor’s degree in administration, option - marketing or sales (or equivalent)

Strong skills in sales, negotiation and customer service
-
Experience in business development
-
Track record in hitting and surpassing targets and goals

Professional attitudes and behaviour (teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, people skills, honesty, adaptability, sense of initiative, sense of organization)

Knowledge of French would be an asset

Five (5) years sales experience in Building materials (window and door industry asset)

Experience in manufacturing industry

Experience in using CRM

Good written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
