Your challenges

  • Sort through emails in the Customer Service inbox
  • Verify, analyze and process customer quotes and orders and enter them in the software
  • Answer the phone and advise customers on products, services or company policies
  • As needed, verify feasibility with the production department and coordinate delivery with the shipping department
  • Act as the link between Customer Service and the customer for various accounts
  • Collaborate on different projects


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a similar customer service position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Fluency in French (advanced verbal and written) and English (intermediate/advanced verbal and written)
  • Initiative, leadership, willingness to work on a team and ability to put customers first
  • Ability to make decisions quickly based on company policies and practices
