RSL Joins the Novatech Group

Sainte-Julie, June 17, 2019 – Harold Savard, President and CEO of Novatech Group, and Ron Lewkowitz, President of RSL, are proud to announce that RSL has joined Novatech. This transaction is the result of a thorough strategic plan enabling both businesses to combine their product lines and knowledge to meet the changing needs of American and Canadian customers with greater efficiency and innovative product designs. 

Founded in 1982, Novatech is a leading manufacturer of steel entry doors, doorglass, patio doors and insulated glass. We operate 14 ultra-modern facilities in Canada, the United States and France. The CDPQ (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) is a strategic partner since 2012. Our strong culture of innovation and ongoing improvement makes Novatech a key leader in its market. 

Founded in 1963, RSL is a manufacturer of doorglass. Their main products are decorative glass, internal blinds, clear glass and grills as well as a complete line of hurricane-resistant products. They also have an injection division for molded frames. Their facilities are located in Warren, Ohio, and Egg Harbour, New Jersey. They also have two distribution centers in Atlanta, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas.

RSL will retain its name as a subsidiary of Novatech Group and Ron Lewkowitz will manage the new company and remain one of its shareholders. This U.S. focused organization will offer entry doors, an expanded selection of doorglass, and sliding patio doors to its current and prospective customers.
